The short version: we collect only what's needed to respond to enquiries and deliver client work, we don't sell or share personal data, and you can ask us to delete anything we hold about you.
Who we are
SmartDuke Technologies (“we”, “us”, “SmartDuke”) operates https://smartduke.com and provides AI product design and engineering services globally. Questions about this policy can be sent to sales@smartduke.com.
What we collect
We collect only what's needed to respond to enquiries and deliver client engagements: contact details (name, email, company) when you fill the contact form, request a quote, or subscribe to field notes; basic analytics about page visits (no personally identifying tracking); and engagement records during active client work. We do not buy or rent personal data.
Why we collect it
To respond to project enquiries, send you the field-notes newsletter if you opted in, deliver and operate work for clients, and continually improve the website based on aggregate analytics. We never sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.
Where it lives
Contact form submissions are stored in Supabase (Postgres) in our managed infrastructure. Analytics are collected via privacy-first tooling that does not set cross-site cookies. Client work data is governed by the engagement contract with that client.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by infrastructure (e.g., session cookies during a contact form submission). You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from any list, by writing to sales@smartduke.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always live at this URL with a revised date.
