You may browse, read, share, and link to the site freely. You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to disrupt its availability, reverse-engineer infrastructure, or use the site to send unsolicited content to our email addresses.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — copy, design, code, images — is owned by SmartDuke Technologies unless otherwise marked. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back. For larger reuse (republishing essays, reproducing case studies), please contact us.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep information accurate, especially in essays and case studies, but content can become out of date. Nothing on this site is professional advice — for that, we'd need to be working with you under a contract.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartDuke is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability for any direct losses caused by site use is limited to the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event.
