Duke in Attendance

Duke notices who stopped coming.

He spots the members who haven't been in, especially those whose plan ends soon, and runs the win-back job you describe. Your front desk can ask him anything about visits.

One big button, and an honest answer.

Search the member and tap Check in. A green result means they're good to go. Amber tells your staff why: no membership, ended on a date, only starts later, or ends in a few days. Your team decides whether to let them in.

  • Records the time and the membership active then
  • A second check-in within 30 minutes is refused
  • Only today's check-ins can be undone

Catch them before they cancel.

See active members who haven't been in for 7, 14 or 30 days, longest absent first. One button drafts a we-miss-you message for the whole slipping-away list, and an automation can email them when they stop coming.

  • Absent members, longest gap first
  • Drafts you review before anything is sent

With Duke: ask him to draft a note for the slipping-away list and you get one card per member to approve.

Questions

Attendance: common questions

Can members check in with a QR code?

Yes. SmartDuke lets members check in by scanning a QR code at the door, and the front desk can also search a name and tap Check in. Every check-in is kept as a visit on the member's record, so you can see how often they come and when they were last in.

What happens if a membership has ended at check-in?

SmartDuke tells your staff straight away. A green result means the member is good to go. Amber says why not: no membership, ended on a date, only starts later, or ends in a few days. Your team decides whether to let them in, and can renew on the spot.

Can I see members who stopped coming?

Yes. SmartDuke flags members who haven't been in for two weeks, shows the ones whose membership also ends soon and tracks how visits are trending. Duke can draft a We miss you note for each, and an agent can send your approved template every week up to your limit.

Can the desk check in people booked into a class?

Yes. In SmartDuke, people booked into a class starting within 90 minutes appear as chips the desk taps to check them in. Someone without a live plan gets a Renew now button right there, so the queue keeps moving and nobody is turned away by mistake.

Is attendance included in every plan?

Yes. SmartDuke includes attendance with QR check-in in every plan from ₹1,999 or $49 a month for the whole business, along with memberships, booking and every other business app. India prices are before 18% GST, and yearly billing gives two months free.
