Order management for online sellersThe back office behind your online orders.

Customers, orders, stock and after-sales in one place, with Duke answering WhatsApp. SmartDuke doesn't host your web shop or sync with one: you record each order as a sales order, and everything else follows from it.

Duke at your online business

Duke turns WhatsApp chats into orders you can pack.

Your customers order by message, so Duke answers with your prices, notes exactly what each one asked for and saves new buyers. Say the word and he prepares the sales order; parcel questions become tickets with a reply drafted.

Duke does this for you

On its own, by your rule

Orders by message, noted properly.

Duke replies with prices from your product list and the postage you told him, saves new buyers and notes what they asked for. Whether a jar is in stock stays with your team.

Duke on WhatsAppHi Hafiz, the sambal is RM18 a jar and postage in the Klang Valley is RM8, so RM62. I've noted your order and the team will confirm today.

Waits for your approval

You confirm, Duke enters the order.

Say who and what, and Duke prepares the sales order with your prices. Mark it fulfilled when the parcel goes out, and the jars come off your stock.

Just answers

Parcel questions never left hanging.

Each “where's my order?” is a ticket for that buyer. Ask what's waiting and Duke lists the tickets with no reply after a day, with a line on each.

The apps online sellers use

Orders, stock and customers, without the spreadsheets.

Sales orders, stock and the help desk, with a role for the people who pack, ship and receive deliveries.

Orders

Every order, recorded once.

Record orders that arrive on WhatsApp, by email or from your website as sales orders. Marking one fulfilled takes the stock, and if a line would go below zero nothing changes.

  • Numbered SO-0001 onwards
  • Open, fulfilled or cancelled
  • On the customer's timeline
A list of orders numbered SO-0011 to SO-0020, all fulfilled

Shown: the orders list in Harbour Digital, our agency demo.

Stock

What's left, always right.

Bring your products in from a spreadsheet, then every delivery received and order shipped is a movement. You see low and sold-out products at a glance.

  • Stock per warehouse or branch
  • Damaged and returned items recorded
A products list with stock counts, a Low tag and an Out of stock tag

Shown: retail products in Willow & Co., our salon demo.

After-sales

Returns and delivery questions in one thread.

Each question is a ticket for the customer, with their messages, your internal notes and replies by email. The first reply time is recorded.

  • Open, waiting on customer, resolved, closed
  • Priority and owner on every ticket
A ticket with the customer's message, reply by email and internal note options, status and priority
