IndustriesHealth & fitnessYoga & pilates studio

Yoga studio softwareA calmer front desk for your yoga and pilates studio.

Your timetable, memberships and students in one place. Students book classes in your own app, full classes fill from the waiting list, and Duke answers WhatsApp questions while you teach.

Duke at your studio

Duke minds the messages while you hold the class.

Beginners ask which reformer class suits them and regulars ask about the weekend timetable, all while you're teaching. Duke answers from your class notes, books intro sessions with your teachers, and keeps the students who've drifted where you can see them.

Duke does this for you

On its own, by your rule

Beginners matched to the right class.

Duke reads your notes on levels, explains which class suits a first-timer, and books the one-to-one intro you've made bookable. Anything they mention goes on their intake.

Duke on WhatsAppHi Tom. We start returning clients with a private intro, so the teacher can adapt the reformer for you. Maya has Wednesday at 18:00. Shall I book it?

The apps yoga and pilates studios use

The apps a studio actually uses.

Classes, memberships, check-ins and your own member app, with roles for teachers and the front desk. Add anything else when you need it.

Classes

Places that match your mats and reformers.

Set the number of places per class, schedule it weekly in one go, and choose the teacher and branch. A full class takes a waiting list, and a cancelled place goes to the first person waiting.

  • Never overbooked, even at the last minute
  • Attendance marked from the class list
  • Weekly sessions created for as many weeks as you choose

Member app

Students book from their phone.

Your studio's own app, in your name and colours. Students sign in with an emailed code, book or cancel classes for the next two weeks, join a waiting list and see their membership.

  • Only the days their membership covers
  • Installs on the home screen, no app store needed
  • Students see only their own bookings
The member app's Book a class screen: a day strip, a class with spots left and a full class with a waitlist button

Memberships

Monthly, term or intro offer.

Create the plans you sell, with their length and price. Ending soon, lapsed and upcoming are worked out from the dates, and renewing takes one tap.

  • Due to renew in 30 days, with the fees at stake
  • The front desk is warned when a membership has ended

Questions

Yoga & pilates studio: common questions

Can students book yoga classes from their phone?

Yes. SmartDuke gives your studio its own member app in your name and colours. Students open your studio's address on their phone, sign in with a code sent to their email, book or cancel classes for the next two weeks, join a waiting list when a class is full and see their membership.

How does the waiting list work for full classes?

In SmartDuke you set the number of places for each class to match your mats or reformers. When a class is full, students join a waiting list, and when someone cancels, the place goes to the first person waiting. Classes can be scheduled weekly in one go, with the teacher and branch chosen for each.

How much does yoga studio software cost?

SmartDuke costs ₹1,999 a month in India or $49 elsewhere for the whole studio, with up to 3 team members, one location and every business app included, the member app too. Growth at ₹3,999 or $99 adds more team members, a second branch and Duke answering WhatsApp on his own. India prices are before 18% GST.

Can I sell monthly, term and intro offer plans?

Yes. In SmartDuke you create the plans you sell, each with its own length and price, such as monthly, term or an intro offer. Ending soon, lapsed and upcoming memberships are worked out from the dates, and renewing takes one tap. Duke can draft renewal reminders from your own template for you to approve.

Will Duke answer WhatsApp questions while I teach?

Yes, on the Growth plan and above. With Duke on duty, SmartDuke's AI assistant answers students on your WhatsApp number from the text you write about your studio, such as class times and prices. He never makes up a price, hands anything unusual to a person, and can start on drafts your team sends with one tap.

Can I bring my current student list across?

Yes. SmartDuke imports students from a CSV file: it suggests which column is which, shows you the first rows before saving anything and imports the rest in the background. When we set your studio up with you, we also bring over your timetable, plans, teachers and prices, and connect your WhatsApp number.

Bring your studio's timetable over.

Send us your class schedule, plans and student list, and we'll set it up with your WhatsApp number. Or try the gym demo first.
