Owners can export everything as one ZIP file whenever they want. When a customer asks to be forgotten, you can erase their details properly while keeping the record of who did what.
Duke and your data
Exports always need a person. Duke answers questions about your data with your permissions, but taking it out of SmartDuke, or erasing someone, is a decision for people.
Duke has no way to export. Ask him and he'll tell you where to start one.
It needs a role that allows it and typing ERASE. Duke can't erase anyone.
Whatever a customer asks, Duke on duty never exports or deletes anything.

An export runs in the background and puts every table of your business's data into one ZIP, each as JSON lines. You get an email when it's ready, and the download link lasts seven days.
With Duke: Duke never exports. Only the owner starts an export.

When a customer asks to be forgotten, type ERASE to confirm. Their details, notes, tasks, tags, fields, message content and linked page records are removed.
