Retail store softwareYour store and your online orders, with the customers behind them.

Customers, products, stock and orders, over the counter and online, in one place. Duke answers price questions on WhatsApp, follows up corporate gift quotes and tells you what's running low.

Duke at your store

Duke keeps the WhatsApp counter as tidy as the shelves.

He answers price questions on WhatsApp from your product list, notes corporate gift enquiries and fills in custom orders from what customers tell him. Quotes, orders and the reorder list are ready for your yes, so the shop floor stays calm on a busy weekend.

Duke does this for you

Just answers

Reorder before the shelf empties.

Ask what's running low and Duke lists the products at or below their reorder level, plus the ones already sold out, so the next supplier order goes in on time.

Prices answered, stock left to people.

On duty, Duke quotes from your price list and never guesses. When someone asks whether a piece is on the shelf, he hands the chat to the person you chose.

Duke on WhatsAppHi Hui Min, the Tiong Bahru Bird Vase is S$68. I've asked Aisyah to check the shelf, she'll reply here shortly.

Waits for your approval

Gift quotes that went quiet, chased.

The Follow up quotes agent finds corporate quotes sent five days ago with no answer and writes a short email for each, naming the date they need. Nothing goes until you approve.

Waits for your approval

A WhatsApp order, entered in one line.

Tell Duke what the customer asked for and he prepares the sales order with your prices. Fulfilling it later takes the stock from the store, never below zero.

The apps home stores use

Set up for a store that sells over the counter and online.

Products, stock, orders and customers first, with roles for the store manager, sales associates, online orders and customer service. SmartDuke doesn't host your web shop: online orders are recorded as sales orders, so stock and customers stay in one place.

Stock

Stock per branch, never below zero.

Every product has a price, a reorder level and a full history: received, sold, adjusted, damaged, returned. Fulfilling an order takes the stock at that branch, and nothing goes below zero.

  • Low and sold-out products flagged on the list
  • Every movement kept with a note
  • Products brought in from a spreadsheet
A retail products list with stock counts, a Low tag, an Out of stock tag and Duke's note that 2 products are running low

Shown: Willow & Co.'s retail shelf in our salon demo. Kopi & Clay's own demo opens soon.

Quotes and orders

From a gift quote to a packed order.

Quote a corporate client with your own products and prices. When they accept, the order is made with the same lines. Over the counter, a sale is created and fulfilled in one step.

  • Lines copy the product's name, price and tax
  • Discount per line, totals worked out
  • Orders without a named customer for walk-ins
A quote with its lines, tax included, and buttons to mark it accepted and make an order, or declined

Custom orders

Personalised pieces, tracked to collection.

A ready-made Custom orders page keeps the occasion, the items, the personalisation and the date needed, on a board from enquiry to collected. Each one links to the customer.

  • Board: Enquiry, Quoted, In progress, Ready, Collected
  • Shows on the customer's timeline

Win-back

Good customers who went quiet.

Duke finds the people who used to buy and stopped, and drafts a personal note for each. You read them, then approve all or one by one.

  • Never sent without your approval
  • Each message saved on the customer's timeline
Which good customers haven't bought anything since June?
DukeSix customers who spent over S$500 last year have no order since June. Their favourites were table linen and the stoneware range. I've drafted a short note for each.

Ready-made pages

Custom orders and supplier orders.

A store starts with two ready-made pages, linked to customers. Change them, or add your own by asking Duke, for example a page for delivery slots.
