Projects

Project management softwareEvery project on a board, every task with an owner.

Give each project its own board with the columns you work in. Tasks have an assignee and a due date, and moving one into Done completes it.

Duke in Projects

Duke keeps the board honest.

Ask what's late or what's on your plate. He adds tasks, moves cards and sets up new projects for your yes, so a sentence replaces a lot of clicking.

Who decides

  • Waits for your approvalHe prepares it and shows a one-line preview. Nothing changes until you approve.
  • Just answersReading needs no approval, and he sees only what the person asking may see.

Boards

Your columns, not ours.

A board starts with To do, In progress and Done. Add, rename, reorder or remove columns to match how you work. Mark one as your done column: tasks moved there are completed, and moving one out reopens it.

  • Move tasks between columns as work progresses
  • Each task with notes, an assignee and a due date
  • Changes recorded on the project's timeline

With Duke: “Add a Review column before Done” is one sentence and one approval.

Projects

Linked to the client it's for.

A project has a description, an owner, a due date and a status: active, on hold or completed. Link it to a contact so everyone knows whose work it is.

  • Open, done and overdue task counts per project
  • Your own open tasks, and the overdue ones
