Sessions, client details and fees in one place, with notes limited to the people you choose. Duke replies to new enquiries with care, offers an introductory call, and brings in a person whenever you'd want one.
Duke at your practice
He answers practical questions about fees, availability and how a first session works, books and moves sessions in your free times, and hands anything personal or clinical to a therapist straight away. Notes stay on pages only the roles you choose can open.
Who decides
Duke does this for you
Duke answers from what you've written about fees, your approach and availability, saves the enquiry and offers an introductory call. He never comments on anyone's situation.
Choose the words that always bring in a therapist. When a message goes beyond diary and fees, or Duke isn't sure, he hands it over at once and notes why.
Session notes live on a page limited to therapists. Duke follows the same rule: for the front desk he can find a session time, but never opens a note.
Session notes · who can open it
Ask who owes for sessions. Duke lists the unpaid invoices and drafts a short reminder from your own template, sent only once you approve it.

The apps counsellors and therapists use
Sessions from each therapist's hours, invoices, your own pages for intake and notes, and the controls that keep them to the right people.
Your own pages
We build intake and session notes pages for your practice, linked to each client. Choose which roles can open each one; people without access don't see it in their menu.

Sessions
Set working hours, time off and session length with a buffer after each session. Free times are worked out for you, and double-booking is refused.

Security
Two-factor sign-in for the whole team, a list of signed-in devices and an audit log of changes. Owners can export everything, or erase a person's details on request.

Shown: security settings in our gym demo.
Duke on duty
Drafts only, or replies on its own. Quiet hours keep it to drafts overnight. Anything you'd rather handle yourself goes to a person.

Pages Duke can build for you
Built for your practice during guided setup or by asking Duke, each visible only to the roles you choose. For example:
We set it up with your session types, fees, therapists, WhatsApp number and client list, with access arranged the way your practice works. Our physio clinic demo shows a diary by practitioner and patient records on their own pages.
Try these in Northside Physio & Wellness, our closest live demo, signed in as the owner.
