IndustriesHealth & fitnessSports club

Sports club management softwareYour club, every season, in one place.

Members, subscriptions, training sessions and coaching in one place, with coaches and volunteers given just the access they need. Duke helps you get renewals in at the start of each season.

Duke at your club

Duke chases the renewals so the committee doesn't.

The secretary, the treasurer and every coach ask Duke in their own words, and he answers with their own access. He lists who hasn't renewed for the season, reads your Teams and Fixtures pages, and drafts the reminders and payment plans for a person to approve.

Duke does this for you

Waits for your approval

A new season, fewer chasers.

Ask who hasn't renewed and Duke lists them, with who still turns up to train. The renewal email goes to everyone on the list once someone approves it.

Which adult members haven't renewed since 31 August?
Duke22 adult memberships. 15 of those members trained in the last month, so they're likely still keen.

Just answers

Teams and fixtures, asked not searched.

Your Teams and Fixtures pages are linked to members. Coaches ask who's in their squad or when the next away game is, and Duke reads only what their role can open.

New players answered the same night.

Someone asks about a team or a training night. Duke replies from what the club has written and notes the enquiry, so the right coach can follow up.

Duke on WhatsAppWe do, Hannah. Women's training is on Tuesdays at 19:30, and new players can come to two sessions before joining. Shall I let the coach know you're interested?

The apps sports clubs use

Members, sessions and the people who run them.

Memberships for subscriptions, classes for training sessions, appointments for one-to-one coaching, and roles so coaches and volunteers only see the areas they need.

Subscriptions

Adult, junior, student, social.

Each subscription is a plan with a length and price. Renewal season stops being a spreadsheet: due, lapsed and renewed are worked out for you.

  • Import members and their memberships from a CSV
  • Renew in one tap, starting the day after the old one ends
Memberships: active, due to renew, lapsed, and an Ending soon list with Renew buttons

Shown: memberships in our gym demo.

Teams and fixtures

Teams, fixtures and kit, the way your club runs them.

We build pages for what your club tracks, linked to members: teams, fixtures, volunteers, kit. Ask Duke to add a field or a new page any time.

  • Link a fixture to a team
  • Filters and totals on any field
  • Choose which roles can open each page

Training

Sessions with places and waiting lists.

Schedule junior and adult sessions weekly, with a coach and a limit on places. Members with the app can book their own spot.

  • Attendance marked from the session list
  • Duke suggests another session when one keeps filling up

Roles

Access for coaches, volunteers and the committee.

Give each role View, Edit or Full access per area. The treasurer sees invoices, a coach sees sessions and attendance, a volunteer only what they need.

  • Invite by email, with a role
  • Deactivate someone and keep their history
  • Every change in the audit log
