Customers ask on WhatsApp and Duke offers your free times and books them in. He reads the diary and the timetable for you, and works towards the bookings you're aiming for.
Who decides
With booking on, Duke on duty offers free times for the services customers may book themselves, then books, moves or cancels that customer's own appointment.
Ask for a reminder the day before each appointment. Duke sets up the automation with your template, and it runs once you approve it.
Ask about any day or week and Duke reads the diary, with who came, who cancelled and who didn't turn up.
Set a goal on appointments booked. Duke drafts the plan, like offering a free time to every enquiry that hasn't booked, and checks the pace every morning.
