Accepted plans, never booked.

Patients said yes, then never booked. Duke lists those treatment plans with the estimate and how long they've waited, so the desk calls the oldest first.

Questions

Dental clinic: common questions

How much does dental clinic software cost in India?

SmartDuke costs ₹1,999 a month for the whole clinic, not per dentist, with up to 3 team members and one location. Growth at ₹3,999 adds up to 10 team members, two branches and Duke answering patients on WhatsApp on his own. Pro at ₹7,999 has up to 25 team members. Prices are before 18% GST.

Can it handle six-monthly recall reminders?

Yes. SmartDuke keeps recalls on a page linked to each patient, built for your clinic during setup or by asking Duke. Duke drafts reminders from your own template for you to approve, and WhatsApp messages go out from your own number using Meta-approved templates. On Growth and above, Duke can also book check-ups on WhatsApp.

Can dentists and hygienists have separate diaries?

Yes. In SmartDuke each clinician has their own diary, and check-ups, cleans, fillings and longer treatments each have their own length. Free times come from each clinician's working hours, and a clinician can't be double-booked, so the front desk always offers a time that really is free.

Can patients accept a treatment estimate?

Yes. In SmartDuke you put the treatment on a quote with each item's price and mark it sent. When the patient accepts, it becomes an order with the same lines. Treatment plans sit on a board by stage, and Duke finds the plans that were proposed but never booked.

Can I split treatment costs into instalments?

Yes. SmartDuke splits a treatment into named parts, such as first visit, fitting and review, or into equal monthly parts. Each part is its own invoice with its own receipts, so you always see exactly which instalments are paid and which are overdue.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. SmartDuke has free live demo businesses at smartduke.com/demos, with months of sample data and Duke switched on, and no sign-up needed. You can also set up your own business as a free draft. A draft that isn't published is deleted after 30 days, and you only pay when you publish.
