The assistant is where you talk to Duke. He knows the page you're on, reads with your permissions, drafts the follow-ups and asks before every change.
Who decides
Customers, bookings, invoices and your own pages: he looks across every app you have switched on.
Several changes at once? Approve them together, or one by one.
From the files the person asking may open, with the document and page.
Pages, fields, menu items, agents and automations can all be set up by asking, each with a preview.

From any page
Open Duke from the header or with ⌘K, or use the Assistant page. Duke knows the page you're on, so “summarise this customer” works on the customer in front of you. Answers stream in, with a label for what Duke is doing.
Your permissions
Duke has no permissions of his own. He works as the person asking, and every call he makes is checked again against that person's role. What he reads in documents and messages is treated as information, never as instructions.
When the front desk asks Duke
Approvals
Before any change, Duke runs it as a dry run on your real data and tells you in one sentence what approving will do. Approve, reject, or approve a batch at once. Only the person who asked can approve, and a proposal expires after a day.
AI credits or your own key
Your plan includes AI credits each month: one credit is one cent of AI cost. Settings shows usage by feature and by person. Or bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, stored encrypted, and calls on your key don't use credits.
