Every customer, what they buy and what they like, next to your stock and sales. Duke answers WhatsApp questions, keeps alterations on track and reminds you who hasn't been in for a while.

Duke at your boutique

Duke keeps your regulars close on the busiest Saturdays.

He answers prices on WhatsApp while you're with someone in the fitting room, passes size questions to whoever is on the floor and notes alterations from what customers write. Exchange replies, win-back notes and new orders wait for your nod.

Just answers

Know her taste before she arrives.

Ask about any regular and Duke reads her orders, notes and your own fields: sizes, styles she loves, who usually serves her. Two lines, before she reaches the rails.

Choose the Alterations page for WhatsApp and Duke writes the customer's answers into her record: the garment, the work and when she needs it. Your tailor sees it on the board.
