Duke does this for you

Just answers

Buyers matched to every listing.

Ask which buyers fit a home. Duke reads their saved budgets and areas against your Properties page and tells you who to call first.

Which buyers want 3 beds in Park Hill under $700k?
DukeFive. Maya Chen and the Okafors toured nearby last week. 2840 Dexter St at $685,000 fits all five.
On its own, by your rule

A listing question becomes a viewing.

Duke checks which viewing times your agents have open and books the one the buyer picks. The agent sees it in their diary.

Duke on WhatsAppLuis can show it Saturday at 11:00 am or Sunday at 2:00 pm. Which suits you?

Waits for your approval

Quiet deals get a personal nudge.

A ready-made agent finds buyers in viewing or negotiation with no contact for five days and drafts a follow-up naming their home. Nothing goes until you approve.

The apps estate agencies use

Set up for an agency: clients, listings, deals.

A real estate agency starts with the CRM, listings and viewings as pages, commission invoices, guides Duke can search and roles for agents and the back office.

Deals

Every deal on one board.

Inquiry, qualified, viewing, negotiation, under contract, closed. Name the stages your way, drag deals between them and see what each stage is worth.

  • Late and missing next steps flagged in colour
  • Buyer budgets and areas as fields on the contact
  • Lost deals keep the reason
Deals board from Inquiry to Closed with values per stage and deals that need a next step

Listings

Listings that move from Available to Sold.

Properties are a ready-made page with bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and price, shown as a board. Each one links to its development, viewings and transaction.

  • Filter by area, type or price
  • Totals of what's under offer and sold

Viewings

Feedback from every viewing.

After each viewing, record how interested the buyer was, what they said and the next step. Hot buyers stand out, and the visit sits on their timeline.

Duke on duty

Listing questions answered late at night.

Buyers ask about pets, HOA dues or a tour of the model home. Duke replies from your own answers or drafts it for an agent to send, and hands over valuations and anything unusual.

Questions

Real estate agency: common questions

How much does a real estate CRM cost?

SmartDuke costs ₹1,999 or $49 a month for the whole agency, not per agent, with up to 3 team members. Growth at ₹3,999 or $99 covers up to 10 agents, two branches and Duke answering enquiries on WhatsApp on his own. Pro at ₹7,999 or $199 covers up to 25. India prices are before 18% GST.

Can it match buyers to properties?

Yes. In SmartDuke, Duke matches buyers to the right homes from your listings and what each buyer wants. Listings are a ready-made page with bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and price, shown as a board from Available to Sold, and each links to its viewings and transaction.

Can I answer property enquiries on WhatsApp?

Yes. SmartDuke connects your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official platform, and every chat sits on the client's page. On Growth and above, Duke can answer listing questions on his own from your answers, or draft replies for an agent to send. Valuations and anything unusual always go to a person.

Can I change the deal stages?

Yes. SmartDuke shows every deal on one board, with stages such as inquiry, qualified, viewing, negotiation, under contract and closed. Name the stages your way, drag deals between them and see what each stage is worth. Duke nudges the deals that have gone quiet.

Can I bring my existing buyer list across?

Yes. SmartDuke imports contacts from a CSV file. It suggests which column is which, shows you the first rows before anything is saved and imports the rest in the background. You can export all your data as one ZIP file whenever you want.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. SmartDuke has free live demo businesses at smartduke.com/demos, with months of sample data and Duke switched on, and no sign-up needed. You can also set up your own business as a free draft. A draft that isn't published is deleted after 30 days, and you only pay when you publish.
