01In short

The answer, first.

GoHighLevel alternative

DukeOS is an AI operating system agencies can resell under their own brand: CRM, bookings, invoicing, stock and WhatsApp with an AI that acts on approval, billed per live client, or self-hosted with a source licence. Pick GoHighLevel for funnels and US-style SMS marketing; pick DukeOS to run clients' operations and WhatsApp, with code access.

03Which one

When to choose each.

An honest answer: both are good software for different businesses.

Choose GoHighLevel if…

  • Your agency sells funnels, landing pages and paid-ads lead generation.
  • Your clients are mostly in markets where SMS is the main channel.
  • You rely on a large community and marketplace of ready-made snapshots.

Choose DukeOS if…

  • Your clients run on WhatsApp and need their day-to-day operations handled, not only leads.
  • You want per-client billing without messaging markups.
  • You want the option to host the software yourself and change the code.
  • You sell to gyms, clinics, salons, institutes, real estate and shops that need bookings, memberships and invoicing.

Moving from GoHighLevel

Export your contacts, companies, leads and products from your current system as CSV files. In DukeOS, the Imports app maps each column to a field, shows a preview of what will be created, and then imports in the background, without starting any automations. Duke can also set up the pages and pipeline stages you used before, so your team sees familiar names on day one.

06Questions

Common questions

Can I white-label DukeOS?

Yes. Agency plans put your logo, colours, your own domain and your own name for the assistant on every client's app, with an agency console for all clients. Plans start at $149 a month and are billed per live client.

Can I get the DukeOS source code?

Yes, with the source licence: the full code, a year of updates and support, and up to 25 live client businesses for $3,500 the first year. You host it for your own named clients under your brand. It is a licence to use the code, not ownership, and it doesn't allow reselling the code or running a public sign-up service.

Who pays for AI and WhatsApp messages?

Each client's assistant can run on their own AI key, and each business connects its own WhatsApp number, so those costs sit between the client and the provider. There is no messaging markup from SmartDuke.

Can I move clients from GoHighLevel?

Yes. Export contacts and records as CSV and import them per client with the Imports app, which previews the result first. Duke can recreate pipelines and custom fields from a description.

Is there a demo for agencies?

Yes. There are live demo businesses you can try without signing up, and agencies can ask for a sandbox and a walkthrough of the agency console and, for the source licence, the code.
