DukeOS vs SalesforceUpdated October 2026
Salesforce alternative for small businessEnterprise power, small-business setup.
Salesforce sets the standard for large companies. DukeOS is built for small and growing ones. An honest comparison.
01In short
The answer, first.
Salesforce alternative for small business
DukeOS is an AI operating system for business: CRM, bookings, invoicing, stock and WhatsApp in one app priced per business, set up by describing your business to Duke, an AI that acts only with approval. Pick Salesforce for enterprise sales teams and heavy customisation; pick DukeOS when a small team needs everything running this week.

03Which one
When to choose each.
An honest answer: both are good software for different businesses.
Choose Salesforce if…
- You have a large sales organisation with complex processes and reporting.
- You have, or will hire, admins and developers to customise it.
- You need a very large ecosystem of enterprise integrations.
Choose DukeOS if…
- You are a small team that needs to be running in days, not months.
- You want customers, appointments, invoices, stock and WhatsApp in one app.
- You want one predictable price per business.
- You want new features by describing them to an AI, not by hiring a developer.
Moving from Salesforce
Export your contacts, companies, leads and products from your current system as CSV files. In DukeOS, the Imports app maps each column to a field, shows a preview of what will be created, and then imports in the background, without starting any automations. Duke can also set up the pages and pipeline stages you used before, so your team sees familiar names on day one.
04Pricing
One price per business.
Not per person or per customer. Building your app is free: you pay when you publish.

|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | Up to 3 |
| Growth | $99 | Up to 10 |
| Pro | $199 | Up to 25 |

06Questions
Common questions
Is DukeOS a CRM?
DukeOS includes a full CRM: contacts, companies, leads, pipelines, activities and a timeline for every customer. It goes beyond a CRM with bookings, memberships, invoicing, stock and an AI assistant, which is why we call it an AI operating system for business.
Can DukeOS be customised?
Yes, without code. Ask Duke for a new page (for example Properties with price, area and status), new fields or an automation; Duke shows a preview and builds it once you approve. Developers who want to change the code can take a source licence.
How many users does DukeOS support?
Plans include up to 3, 10 or 25 team members per business, with roles and branches. Customers are unlimited. Larger organisations can talk to us about Custom and Enterprise.
Is my data safe in DukeOS?
Each business's data is kept apart inside the database, every change is recorded in an audit log, two-factor sign-in is available, and you can export everything at any time. Duke works with the permissions of the person asking and never acts without approval.
Can I import from Salesforce?
Yes. Export accounts, contacts and opportunities as CSV and import them with the Imports app, which previews the records before creating them.
