DukeOS for garages · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS

Garage management softwareEvery car in the bay, every service on time.

DukeOS is the AI operating system for car service centres and garages: bookings, job sheets, quotes, service plans, invoices and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Duke books services into free times, keeps a job sheet for every car and helps your service advisor quote the extra work.

01Duke at your garage

Duke fills the bays while your mechanics work.

He books services on WhatsApp from your prices, saves the car's details for the mechanic and reads the job sheets so your service advisor knows which cars are waiting for parts. Quotes for extra work and invoices wait for a yes.

Need an app that isn't here? Ask Duke.

DukeOS is an AI CRM that builds the whole business, not just code. Every car service & garage gets working apps by asking, with fields, a board, a place in the menu and permissions.

07Questions

Car service & garage: common questions

Is there a role for my service advisor?

Yes. The Office and dispatch role handles enquiries, quotes, bookings for every mechanic, service plans, invoices and follow-ups. Mechanics see only their own services and the job sheets.

Can I keep each customer's car details?

Yes. Ask Duke for a Vehicles page with rego, make, model, odometer and next service due, linked to the customer. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Is there a till for the front counter?

No. DukeOS doesn't have a till. You send invoices and record payments by card, bank transfer or cash against them.
