How closing works, the 90 days in which it can be reopened, and what's deleted afterwards.
There's no close button in the app: to close your business on SmartDuke, contact us.
Before you close
Export your data first: Settings → Security and data → Export your data. We'll remind you.
What happens
- Straight away: nobody can sign in, your web addresses stop working, and automations, AI agents and Duke on duty stop.
- For 90 days: we can reopen your business exactly as it was. Just ask.
- After 90 days: all your business's data and files are deleted, along with accounts that don't belong to any other business.
Backups expire 30 days after that. SmartDuke keeps its own invoices to you, as tax law requires.
