What SmartDuke is
One app for running your business, with Duke, an AI teammate, built in. Here's how the pieces fit together.
SmartDuke is one app for running a service business: your customers, sales, bookings, memberships, invoices, stock, projects, support and messages, in one place. Duke, your AI teammate, works inside every part of it.
The apps
SmartDuke is made of apps you switch on as you need them:
- Customers and sales: CRM (contacts, companies, leads and tasks), Sales (quotes and orders), Invoicing and the customer app for your members.
- Day to day: Bookings, Memberships, Attendance, Inventory, Projects and the Help desk.
- Messages: WhatsApp, Email and Message templates.
- Make it yours: Custom pages, Custom fields, Automations, Imports and the Menu editor.
- Control: Roles & permissions, the Audit log, Your brand and domain, Two-factor sign-in and Branches.
Your business type (gym, clinic, salon, agency, tutoring centre, real estate, shop and more) decides which apps, pages and automations you start with. You can change everything later.
Duke, your AI teammate
Duke answers questions about your business from your own data, drafts messages, prepares changes for you to approve, answers your customers on WhatsApp if you switch that on, and works toward goals you set. He can only see and do what the person asking him is allowed to, and he never changes anything important without a person's approval. See What Duke does.
Who uses it
- Owners set up the business, the team, roles and plan, and approve Duke's work.
- The team (managers, front desk, trainers, practitioners, sales…) each see the parts their role allows.
- Your customers use the customer app and talk to you (and Duke) on WhatsApp.
Where it works
SmartDuke runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There's nothing to install. Your business has its own address (yourname.smartduke.app), or your own domain.
What SmartDuke isn't
SmartDuke doesn't include point of sale (a till), an online shop, accounting (a ledger) or payroll. Duke doesn't answer phone calls yet.
Ask Duke inside the app, or write to us and a person will help.
