Insights: Duke's daily read of your business

Insights is Duke's read of today: the 3 to 5 things in your own numbers that matter most, what's at stake and what to do about them.

What you see

• Start here: the most important thing today.
• Four numbers: Needs action, Money at stake, Going well and Good to know.
• Do first, Going well and Good to know lists. Each item has a button to act, such as Draft 3 reminders or Ask Duke, a link to the page, and the amount at stake.
• Handle it automatically opens a ready-made automation for that kind of thing, if you can manage automations.

Insights look at memberships, attendance, classes, leads, sales, invoices, stock, projects, support tickets and your custom pages, depending on your apps. They also appear as short lines on Home and above related lists.

Who sees what

You only see insights about things your role can see. A trainer won't see an insight about overdue invoices.

When they update

Insights are made the first time someone opens them each day. Click Refresh for a new read (at most once an hour).

If the AI isn't available or your credits are used up, the most important facts are shown as they are, marked From your numbers · AI unavailable.
