Your business name, address and brand

Your business details decide how dates, reminders and amounts appear across SmartDuke. Your brand decides how your business looks to your team and customers.

Business details

1. Go to Settings → Business details.
2. Check or change:
   • Name: your business's name.
   • Legal name: your registered name, if it's different.
   • Country (a 2-letter code, for example IN or GB).
   • Timezone (for example Asia/Kolkata). Dates, reminders and daily checks follow it.
   • Currency (a 3-letter code, for example INR or USD).
3. Click Save.

If you can view these settings but not change them, your role doesn't include business settings.

Your address

Your business's street address (for each location) is set on its branch in Settings → Team and roles → Branches. If you have one location, you don't need a branch. See Branches.

Your brand

1. Go to Settings → Brand.
2. Add your Logo and Favicon, choose your Primary color and Secondary color, and set the Company name shown in the header and on emails.
3. If you like, change the AI assistant name from “Duke” to something of your own.
