The bell shows what's new for you: leads and tasks for you, approvals waiting, bookings, tickets, goals and more.
The bell at the top of every page shows things that need you. A red dot means something is unread or an approval is waiting.
Open your notifications
- Click the bell.
- Waiting for you lists approvals waiting for you; click Review to open them.
- Below are your latest notifications. Click one to open it; it's marked as read.
- Click Mark all as read, or See all notifications for the full list.
The full list, Notifications, can show All or only Unread.
What you're notified about
- A lead or task given to you, tasks due soon and overdue ones.
- Tickets assigned to you, and customer messages logged on them.
- Appointments with you booked, moved or cancelled by someone else.
- Changes Duke prepared that wait for your approval, and your AI agents' runs.
- Goals achieved, ended or falling behind.
- From Duke on duty: drafted replies, customers who need a person, and a daily summary of his WhatsApp conversations.
- Imports finished and data exports ready to download.
- WhatsApp disconnected.
