Audit log: who changed what, and when
See every change to your data, including what Duke changed and who approved it. Filter it and export it as CSV.
About this app: Audit log on the SmartDuke site
The audit log records every change to your business data: who made it, what changed (before and after) and when. That includes changes Duke made, with the name of the person who approved them, and changes made by automations.
Open the audit log
- Go to Settings → Security and data.
- Choose Audit log.
You need a role that can view the audit log (owners can).
What each entry shows
- When it happened.
- What happened, for example “Created contact” or “Changed lead”.
- Who did it:
- a person's name;
- Assistant, approved by a name, for changes Duke made after someone approved them;
- Automation (with whose automation it is);
- A member (member area), for changes customers made in the customer app;
- System.
- How many fields changed.
Click an entry to see each field's value Before and After, and the address the change came from.
