Approvals and “Waiting for you”

Duke and your automations prepare work; you decide. Nothing they prepare goes out or changes until a person approves it, apart from the few things you switched on in advance (see What Duke never does on his own).

Changes you asked for in the chat

When you ask Duke to change something, he checks it against your own permissions and shows a card saying what approving will do.

• Click Approve to make the change, or Reject.
• Only the person who asked can approve, and only once.
• Decide within 24 hours; after that the card shows Expired and nothing happens.
• When you approve, SmartDuke checks your permission again before making the change. The audit log records that Duke made it and you approved it.

These cards stay in the conversation where you asked.

Waiting for you

Messages and changes prepared by your AI agents, goals and automations collect in Waiting for you on Duke's work.

1. Open Duke's work (or click Review in the bell, or Review and send under Needs you on Home).
2. Each group says where it came from, for example “Send 5 messages · From Renewal reminder. Nothing goes out until you approve.”
3. Read the first one, or click See all to check each.
4. Click Send all (or Approve all) to approve the group, Reject all to throw it away, or Not now to decide later. In the full list you can approve or reject each one.

Needs you on Home

Needs you on Home brings everything together: customers who asked for a person, messages ready to send, changes waiting, WhatsApp replies Duke drafted, and goals that are behind. See Your first day.

The bell

The bell's Waiting for you block shows the first few approvals, with Review all to open them. See Notifications.
