Signing in

Sign in to your business

1. Open your business's address, for example yourname.smartduke.app (or your own domain).
2. Enter your work Email and Password.
3. Click Sign in.

If your account belongs to more than one business and you sign in on the main SmartDuke address, you'll be asked to Choose an organization.

With two-factor sign-in

If you use two-factor sign-in (or your business requires it), you'll see Two-factor sign-in after your password:

1. Open your authenticator app.
2. Enter the 6-digit Code it shows for this account and click Continue.

Lost your phone? Enter one of your recovery codes instead. You have 5 minutes to enter the code. See Two-factor sign-in.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your work Email and click Send the link.
3. Open the email and click the link. It works for one hour, once.
4. Enter your New password (at least 12 characters), type it again and click Save the new password.

Choosing a new password signs you out on all your devices. Then sign in with the new one.

Joining from an invitation

When someone invites you, you get an email with a link.

1. Open the link. You'll see Join and the business's name, with the role you were invited as.
2. If you're new to SmartDuke, enter Your name and Choose a password. If you already have an account with that email, enter Your password.
3. Click Join the team.

Invitation links work once, for 7 days. If yours has expired, ask for a new one.

How your customers sign in

Members sign in to the customer app with no password:

1. They open your business's address followed by /member.
2. They enter their email and tap Send me a code.
3. They enter the 6-digit code from the email (it works for 10 minutes) and tap Sign in.

They must use the email address saved on their contact.

Signing out

Click your name at the bottom of the menu and choose Sign out. To sign out other devices, see Security.
